Operating from our head office in Birmingham Business Park E. Manton Limited delivers new construction and refurbishment work in both the public and private sectors to clients across the Midlands region.
We have particular expertise in the social housing, health, local authority and education sectors and have experience in all forms of procurement including partnering, traditional and design & build.
A large proportion of our workload is with clients whom we have worked with on numerous projects over many years. Some contracts are carried out through partnering agreements but we also secure a large number of projects via the traditional route of competitive tendering. We regularly work with our clients using value engineering techniques that assist them to develop schemes which meet their funding limitations. This accommodating approach coupled with our non-contractual attitude is the main reason why our clients keep returning with further building opportunities.
