Phased alterations and refurbishment works to school. The project involved the complete refurbishment of the Moat Building including demolition and alterations, repair work to the existing roof and envelope, complete window and external door replacements, installations of new internal doors and partitions, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, installation of new sanitary ware, new fixtures and fittings, and the installation of new mechanical and electrical services. External works including new ramps and steps, a new play area, fencing and paving were also carried out.
