Alterations to and refurbishment of existing facility to provide new mental health care centre. The works included extensive stripping out, new partitions, new internal doorsets, new sanitaryware, replacement of wall, floor and ceiling finishes, general decorations, new reception counter and associated mechanical and electrical works.
