Our contract with Solihull MBC at Kingshurst Primary School has been completed successfully. The works involved the new construction of 3 classrooms together with external works. Strict Covid-19 controls were put in place allowing the contract to commence and be completed during the period of the pandemic.

Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

We are pleased to confirm that works will commence in November at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on projects with a total value of £1.2m. The Fertility Unit will be refurbished to provide a Fracture Clinic and the existing medical records/administration space will be converted into a clinical Surgical Assessment Unit.

Olton Primary School

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has awarded Mantons a £3.4m contract to build a new single storey 12 classroom block extension at Olton Primary School. The project will commence in September and is due to complete in July 2021. We are delighted to continue our successful partnership with the Council.

We are delighted to have completed our first contract with Wychavon District Council. The project involved the construction of a single storey building providing sports changing facilities together with a new car park. Our site works did not impinge on the operations of the adjacent Evesham United FC.

Coventry University
July 1, 2020

Preparation work is underway for starting on a new contract with Coventry University to create a new Radiography Suite Training Centre within the existing Alison Gingell Building. This £360,000 refurbishment scheme sees us working with the University again and builds upon their plans to continue to offer the latest facilities for teaching and research.
