We are pleased to announce that work will commence in July on our new £3.7m project at Cheswick Green Primary School for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. The phased scheme will involve new extensions and conversion works to provide new classrooms. Alterations and refurbishments works will also be carried out to the existing school building.

We are delighted to have been awarded a £2.3m project with Wrekin Housing Group at Portley Road in Dawley, Telford. The design and build contract will involve the demolition of existing maisonettes and the construction of 13 new affordable 2/3 bedroom houses.

New build construction of a two storey building plus alterations and demolitions to part of the existing sports hall. A MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) was also provided on an adjacent site. Our £2.2m contract was awarded after the intial contractor went into administration.

Work will commence on site this month on a £1.3m contract at the Hive College in Erdington, Birmingham to construct a new single storey extension. This secondary school caters for students with specific special educational needs: MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health).

Our £850k contract for South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust at Warwick Hospital has been completed successfully. The 15 week project included the fit-out of a ground floor shell area plus alterations to existing wards to create a Medical Assessment Unit and a Surgical Assessment Unit.

We have successfully completed and handed over our £3.4m contract at Olton Primary School for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. The project involved the construction of a single storey block of 12 classrooms and has continued the strong working relationship between Mantons and the Council.
