Our £3.4m design and build contract for Strata Housing Services Limited to construct 35 dwellings for affordable rent in Madeley, Telford has been completed successfully. Our client is a member of the Wrekin Housing Trust and the architect on the scheme was DJD Architects from Worcester. The properties provided were 4 two bedroom bungalows, 4 one bedroom houses, 22 two bedroom houses, 4 three bedroom houses and 1 four bedroom wheelchair house.
